How to Print Meesho Labels on a Thermal Printer (4×6) — Complete Guide

Every Meesho order PDF arrives the same way: the shipping label on the top half of an A4 page and the tax invoice below it. Print that directly on a 4×6 thermal printer and you get a shrunken, unreadable mess. Here's the workflow sellers actually use.

What you need

The workflow

  1. Download the day's order PDFs from the Meesho seller panel.
  2. Open the Label Splitter and drop all the PDFs in at once — it auto-detects Meesho's layout.
  3. Check the cut line. The tool shows your first page with a draggable amber line. Meesho's template puts the cut at roughly the middle; drag the line so the label sits above it and the invoice below.
  4. Pick 4×6 as the output size (or 100×150 mm — they're nearly identical).
  5. Click Split. You get two files: labels.pdf with every label sized for your roll, and invoices.pdf with the tax invoices for A4.

Printer settings that matter

In the print dialog for labels.pdf:

If labels print with a margin cut off, adjust the margin settings in the splitter (a 4–6 pt margin suits most XPrinter and TVS models) and re-split.

Why not just print the full A4 page?

Beyond wasting label stock, couriers scan the barcode — a half-size barcode printed from a scaled A4 page frequently fails scanning, which delays pickups. Splitting first keeps the barcode at full size.

Invoices

Meesho requires the tax invoice inside the package. Print invoices.pdf on your regular A4 printer — the splitter has already separated them in the same order as your labels, so matching label to invoice is just top-of-pile to top-of-pile.
