All file processing on iConvertDoc — converting, merging, splitting, compressing, cropping, unlocking, OCR — happens entirely within your web browser on your own device. We do not receive, upload, store or transmit your files or their contents. Passwords entered into the PDF Unlocker are used only inside your browser and are never sent anywhere.
No account is required and we do not ask for personal information. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views) through standard analytics to understand which tools are useful.
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense and uses cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Your light/dark mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your device only.
Tool pages load open-source JavaScript libraries (pdf.js, pdf-lib, jsPDF, Tesseract.js, mammoth.js and others) from a public CDN so they can run in your browser. These deliver code only and do not receive your files. The OCR tool downloads language model files to your browser on first use; these are cached locally.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
