Transparent rules, not a black box: valid contact details, standard section headings, quantified achievement bullets with action verbs, sensible length (300–900 words) and clean formatting. Each category shows its own bar.

How does job description matching work?

The checker extracts the most frequent meaningful terms from the JD and checks each against your resume — green chips are covered, red chips are missing keywords worth adding (honestly, where they apply to you).
